Today’s Winner is Blake Lively!

Blake played it cool in a cobalt Tadashi Shoji mini at the Teen Choice Awards in LA. The Gossip Girl star wore the sexy number to scoop up two “surfboard” awards: Choice TV Actress Drama and Choice TV Breakout Star Female. Along with her two awards she will earn an additional award from us for Best dressed. Ms. Lively looks stunning in the one shoulder, belted dress. I know I may be partial because she is just fabulous to me but today there should be no one to disagree with me.

Blake Lively, from the Gossip Girls, has become a very busy celebrity. On Monday, Blake had at least two functions to attend. She had no time to change her wardrobe as she went about from one event to another.
