Rihanna, like Lady Gaga, is always at the top of the fashion outrage lines. She doesn’t really care about the clothes she wears as long as she looks different, sassy and unique on them. Thus, check out this frilly mess of a dress she wore at the Echo Awards in Berlin-this Alexandre Vauthier creation made her look like a walking squid because of its extra fabric flowing all over, not to mention the weird bowl cut she’s been sporting for almost a week now. Rihanna, can’t you try to be normal sometimes? But hey, we do love your shoes. At least for us they’re hot.

Okay, so define madness? For me, of course, that would be no less than fashion hit and blunder herself, Lady Gaga. The mistress of questionable style once again stunned the people with the accessory she brought (or rather wore) at the launch party of Mac Viva Glam cosmetics, which was a gigantic black rose headgear placed over her head. Well the black rose was okay, except that it was just too big to the point it became annoying. Aside from that her lacy getup was already too bad for our eyes to take. Gaga, can’t you wear shirts and jeans for a change?

Kate Gosselin welcomed 2010 with a new hairdo, thanks to $7,000 worth of extensions. Well, she didn’t really like her locks at first, so she spent just about three months trying to figure out the style that she wants. And finally, she did get what she was looking for-flyaway feathery hair. The Farrah Fawcett-inspired do was able to do justice on Kate’s face, and it gave her head more volume and shape. The dirty blonde shade also made her look all-American, and she did bloom in her new crowning glory. Well, she should, given that she’s joining the latest season of Dancing with the Stars-she has to look great while doing her moves.

If there’s anything I like about Reese Witherspoon, it’s that she knows how to dress up according to her age. The 30ish mom invests on her younger looking persona by wearing clothes that make her look hotter and more youthful, such as this purple pleated Vera Wang mini. I like the strapless, pleated effect of the dress, as it gave her more frontal asset and bearing. At the same time, the dress made her look mature-in a graceful sort of way. Reese, I just love your fashion sense, and with that I know a lot of guys would fall for you right away.

If there’s something tennis ace Serena Williams was able to master aside from her sport, that’s fashion. The tennis diva was able to hit the stars right in her glam black twinkling mini matched with nude heels and a toned figure. Well, I also like her bang-cropped hair, and the way she posed for the cameras at the Green Global USA event. Venus’ little sister should be commended for her ability to prepare for this party despite her busy schedule, but then again she gets to have a manicure every 4 days so getting into such party primping would be no fashion emergency for her.

Pussycat Doll front Nicole Scherzinger looks all so green and leafy-not to mention yummy in her fresh foliage inspired maxi dress, which showed off a bit of her skin and front asset. In this simple yet pretty look Nicole looks dignified and blooming, so natural and alive. This is what I want to see from this lovely vocalist, especially now that she’s starring on the next season of “Dancing With the Stars,” the ever-famous reality dance show where she’ll be competing with another reality star, Kate Gosselin. I do hope she makes her terpischorean moves flawslessly as she does in her getup! Good luck Nicole!

Maggie Grace is one of the most promising actresses today, but even if she’s pretty and all, she still gets minus points for not being able to take care of her outfit. Just see her blue silk dress she wore at the launch of the new Vera Wang store in Los Angeles, which may as pretty as her-rather that its too wrinkled to sustain its beauty. Maggie, don’t you know how to take care of your dress? It would’ve been prettier if it hadn’t been wrinkled. Well, I do hope your other dresses aren’t as messed up as this, otherwise you’d constantly fail the fashion report cards.

Kelly Osbourne, who’s currently making waves for her slimmer weight and better figure, has yet made another change in her look: dyeing her hair lavender. The reality star, who was a runner-up in”Dancing with the Stars” showed off a lavender do just this week, thus saying goodbye to the platinum locks she sport last month. She says she got her lavender look from Dame Edna Ethridge, the Aussie comedian played by Barry Humphries. Well, after shedding off 42 pounds and getting a sexier bod, I guess Kelly deserves to get any look that she wants, no matter how bizarre they may be. Besides, she does look good in lavender.
